GuestPro revolutionizes the guest experience

GuestPro takes another step forward in its commitment to improve the guest experience and operational efficiency of hotels. The latest system upgrade introduces new functionalities in the Webdesk and booking engine that expand the possibilities for both the end customer and the property team.

Direct management from the booking confirmation
From now on, confirmation vouchers include a link that allows direct access to reservation management. From this space, guests can consult their reservation, check in online, add extra services or, in the case of direct reservations, modify certain aspects of their stay.

The main new features are:

  • Change of room type, available for rates with free cancellation.
  • Modification of dates of stay, provided there is availability and the conditions of the reservation are maintained.
  • Online cancellation, respecting the hotel's cancellation and no-show policies.

More autonomy for the guest and more profitability for the hotel.

These enhancements allow guests to manage their experience autonomously, without depending on hotel staff. They can add extras such as breakfast, parking or spa access, or upgrade their room in just a few clicks.
