At Aibo Solutions we take care of analyzing the competition both externally (those competing hotels) and internally (the different published prices of our own hotel in the different distribution channels).
We seek continuous improvement of profitability and analyze existing demand in real time and with historical data to drive sales to the most profitable and least costly channels. We analyze the presence and image of the hotel in the different channels and optimize the product so that the image in the network is uniform.
The basis of all marketing is data and for this reason, we constantly analyze the competition with real counter data, future hotel data and historical data from up to 3 years ago that is analyzed daily.
