Agreement between GuestPro and Aibo Solutions to boost hotel technology innovation in the Canary Islands
GuestPro and Aibo Solutions have established a preferential partnership agreement with the aim of bringing GuestPro's technology solutions to the hotel sector in the Canary Islands. This alliance is based on GuestPro's hotel technology innovation, backed by a solid portfolio of clients and experience in regions with similar characteristics to the Canary Islands, such as the Balearic Islands.
Increased direct bookings
In the first phase of the collaboration, Aibo Solutions has committed to the new GuestPro Direct engine, a technically very ambitious project that is already delivering exceptional results. Ilja Spruyt, CEO of Aibo Solutions, says: "We have seen a very significant increase in the volume of direct bookings for our clients thanks to this implementation."
Xavier Pallicer, CEO of GuestPro, adds: "Both Aibo and GuestPro share the same vision for hotel direct sales, so our fit has been perfect from the start.
During the migration process, significant challenges have been overcome, such as integrating the GuestPro engine with Aibo's new CMS and adapting to the various tools and connectivities handled by a large number of hotels.
Technological deployment
Some of Aibo's customers are already benefiting from GuestPro's vertical, especially its PMS Cloud. This implementation is planned to be reinforced in a second deployment phase.
